The Harmony series presents a sculptural investigation into balance, interrelation, and continuity. Emilianova draws upon the structures of nature and the ordering principles of the cosmos, distilling them into forms defined by curvature, circularity, and biomorphic presence. Rooted in the dynamics of the natural world and the universal pursuit of equilibrium, the series evokes forms that are at once primordial yet resolutely contemporary

Defined by gentle arcs, circular volumes, and subtle asymmetries, the series achieves a rare synthesis: formally restrained yet conceptually expansive, grounded in a minimalist vocabulary while recalling the enduring resonance of indigenous vessels and classical relics. By situating contemporary abstraction within this broader lineage of human craftsmanship, Harmony invites reflection on universality and interconnectedness across cultures and epochs

Each work privileges the integrity of material, employing a range of rare and exquisite marbles. Each stone, carefully selected, brings its own geological narrative to the series, underscoring Emilianova’s sensitivity to the ways natural elements can be transfigured through art into enduring objects of balance and contemplation

KSENIA EMELIANOVA

Ksenia Emelianova

Born Russia, 1987

A Russian-born and Italian-based artist and designer, Emelianova combines her sensibility for art and design with a deep understanding of materials and craftsmanship. Drawing on her training in visual arts and interior design, she creates collectible design objects that reflect her unique vision and transmit emotion through shape. Her first collection of furniture, Distortion Vol. I, was inspired by the aesthetics of the 1970s and the ethos of rock music

After graduating from art school in Russia, Emelianova studied interior design at IED in Milan and worked for the architect Massimo Adario in Rome. In 2014, she founded Emelianova Studio
