Naz Yologlu
Born Istanbul, Turkey, 1989
An Istanbul-based architect and designer, Yologlu creates emotional and exclusive art furniture pieces that reflect diverse cultural relics, stories, and different states of being. With a contemporary design language, her work focuses on the meaning and sense of belonging, reflecting Istanbul’s existence between two continents. Yologlu’s sculptured furniture pieces stimulate the senses in their synthesis of various forms and textures: organic yet geometric, bold yet permeable, light yet rich, subtle yet sophisticated. Each individual piece is a continuous dialogue with its surroundings through its sculptural form and materiality, embracing the qualities of light and timelessness
After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Central Saint Martins College, London, Yologlu opened her interior design and furniture studio in 2015 and founded her art furniture brand NAAZ in 2018
