Every piece is handcrafted with the highest standards and attention to detail of Italian artisans

After graduating from the Politecnico Di Milano with Honors, Stefano developed his artistic sensibility and style at prestigious interior design firms. In 2020 he founded his studio to create custom and limited edition pieces for art and design collectors

LS02 Cabinet

The two stately columns of Luca Stefano’s LS02 Cabinet, with their richly ashen ebonized wood and glints of brass accents, are at once imposing and alluring. Recalling mysterious stone monoliths, ancient forests, and towering brutalist architecture alike, this stunningly simple form emblematizes Stefano’s design philosophy: exposing the raw beauty of materials is the ultimate luxury

The art of ebonizing wood is centuries-old technique that originated among West African craftsmen. Unlike a stain or finish, this natural process penetrates deeply into the wood, changing its color to a rich black with tones of gray, blue and purple, and revealing the mesmerizing design and depth of wood grain. Uncommonly striking and graphic, it is a stunning conversation between the warmth of the natural material and the coolness of the treatment

The monolithic wooden structures are connected by a lustrous brass cylinder that mirrors the subtle brass feet below. The introduction of brass, a noble metal with a storied history, creates a resonance between this towering cabinet and grandfather clocks of the Victorian era, when brass was the ultimate decorative status symbol. Concealed semi-circular brass handles open the double doors to reveal four geometrically arranged shelves on each side. Uncommon in its respect for materials and reverence for their histories, the timeless LS02 cabinet inspires awe and elevates any space
