The LS35 Armchair by Luca Stefano is conceived as an embrace rendered in form. Two organic armrests rise and curve inward, flowing seamlessly into a sculpted backrest, while a pair of Canaletto walnut cylinders bridges the space between them, anchoring the composition with quiet structural clarity

Drawing on Stefano’s architectural training and his fascination with the dialogue between mass and void, the piece balances generous volume with deliberate restraint. Soft Gabriel velvet by Pierre Frey meets the rich, enveloping warmth of walnut, a contrast that invites touch and rewards close attention

Born Milan, Italy, 1985

Italian architect and designer, Stefano creates limited edition pieces guided by the exaltation of matter in its purest essence, where simplicity and rawness become elements of sophisticated elegance. His research explores unprecedented combinations of materials and form, a constant dialogue between innovation and the historical memory of design

Nourished by references to art, geometry, and Milanese and brutalist architecture, Stefano’s aesthetic language translates into works that express a synthesis of formal rigor and tactile sensitivity. Each creation is the result of a meticulous artisanal process, where the mastery of Italian artisans merges with his design vision, attention to detail and material treated as essential to objects of intrinsic value and lasting beauty

Stefano graduated with honors from the Politecnico di Milano, laying the foundation for a design culture further enriched by experience in prestigious interior design studios. He founded his eponymous studio in 2020, dedicated to creating unique pieces for art and design collectors
