BORN ISTANBUL, TURKEY, 1987

A Turkish interior architect and designer, Yeniay combines exceptional craftsmanship with contemporary, forward design thinking. With a progressive approach, he composes elegantly bold, memorable pieces that masterfully blend Art Deco style with a Futuristic touch — exposing unexpected & stimulating forms through raw natural materials with detail-oriented sensitivity   

His expressive modernist design language and challenging explorations create timeless furniture pieces where minimal forms and rich materials meet. A devotee of retro-futurism, yeniay believes that finding the balance between past and future. For him, nostalgia helps us stay grounded in the face of future that is uncertain and unpredictable. His expressive works create dynamic and engaging spaces that nourish us for the world to come

After completing his graduate degree in interior architecture from bilkent university in turkey Yeniay received his master’s degree from Domus academy in Milan. He worked in leading architectural design companies internationally before founding his EPONYMOUS studio in 2021. In 2024, yeniay was awarded an elle decoration international design AWARD for the universe table in collaboration with studiotwentyseven
