The TEMPIO Collection is a series of low tables defined by a measured dialogue between wood and metal. Composed around a central support in dark veneered wood and a thin cast aluminum top, the works explore balance, proportion, and the clarity of structural relationships. The collection carries a quiet affinity with the principles of organic architecture, where natural materials and clear geometries are brought into careful alignment. The tables suggest an architecture in miniature, where structure is both legible and composed

Each work is organized around a simple but precise construction. The wooden base rises vertically to meet the horizontal plane of the tabletop, where it integrates directly into the metal surface. This interlocking detail remains fully visible, emphasizing the meeting point between materials and the logic by which the work is assembled

The aluminum top is cast with an irregular, tactile texture that contrasts with the controlled grain and depth of the wood. Light moves differently across each surface, revealing a subtle tension between the industrial character of the metal and the natural warmth of the veneered wood

Available in both round and square formats, the forms are grounded in geometric clarity. The compositions are stable and centered, yet the thinness of the top introduces a sense of lightness, as though the horizontal plane were suspended just above its support

Handcrafted in Italy and produced in limited edition, the works of the TEMPIO Collection bring together material contrast and structural precision in a language that is both restrained and architectural

BIOGRAPHY

Simone Fanciullacci

Born Genova, Italy, 1982

A Milanese designer, Fanciullacci considers his practice to be artistic research on THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FORM AND SPACE. THE AIM BEHIND THIS QUEST IS TO UNDERSTAND THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE VOLUMES THAT GIVE LIFE TO A FORM, THE RHYTHM THAT CHARACTERIZES THEM, AND THE sense of BALANCE or DISEQUILIBRIUM THAT THEY EVOKE. His extraordinary sculptural works EMERGe FROM an EXPLORATory process OF HANDS-ON experimentation IN SCULPTURE, COLLAGE, DRAWING, and technical innovation. In This AESTHETIC AND POETIC INVESTIGATION, Fanciullacci finds FREEdom in playing WITH DIFFERENT LANGUAGES AND MATERIALS, eventually giving LIFE TO his UNIQUE WORKS AND OBJECTS
