The VERTIGO Collection is an exploration of movement, perception, and structural ambiguity, realized through the elemental force of cast bronze. With a tiered side table, a low coffee table, and a tall console, Fanciullacci investigates how solid material can suggest motion, tension, and continuous transformation
Each work is defined by a complex interplay of interlocking planes and looping forms. Surfaces fold into one another, intersect, and reemerge, creating compositions that resist immediate comprehension. What appears stable at first glance reveals subtle shifts and reversals, as volumes seem to turn, suspend, or pass through themselves
This sense of instability is reinforced by the material itself. The bronze is finished with a deeply textured patina that absorbs and diffuses light, emphasizing shadow and depth across the surfaces. Edges dissolve into one another, and the boundary between interior and exterior becomes increasingly difficult to locate
Despite their apparent complexity, the works maintain a strong compositional clarity. Each gesture is deliberate, each intersection carefully resolved. The result is a series of forms that feel both controlled and elusive, objects that challenge perception while remaining grounded in precise craftsmanship
The collection carries echoes of mid-century sculptural experimentation and the bold geometries of brutalist architecture, yet it avoids direct reference. Instead, it channels a broader sense of historical memory through its dynamic, sweeping forms and its emphasis on mass and structure
Handcrafted in Italy and produced in limited editions, the works of the VERTIGO Collection exist between function and illusion. Each stands as a self-contained presence, where weight and movement coexist, and where solid bronze is made to feel unexpectedly fluid
