The Bolide Collection by Simone Fanciullacci captures the energy of a spontaneous gesture—two circles traced in a single, rapid motion, as if drawn by hand directly onto the wall. The design’s defining quality is this sense of speed made permanent: an irregular, hand-drawn perimeter that conveys both immediacy and intention, the raw vitality of a mark that refuses to be corrected
Where the frame overlaps the reflective surface and emerges into three-dimensional space, Bolide earns its name. Like a fireball streaking across the sky, each piece carries a dynamic, bold presence—massive and primitive in its volumes, yet charged with the kinetic energy of something caught mid-flight. The contrast between the raw, tactile frames and the cool clarity of the glass is deliberate and powerful, transforming a functional object into a work of high-relief sculpture
Handcrafted in Italy from the most popular 3D printing filament and meticulously hand-sculpted and plastered, each piece celebrates the artist’s touch in every surface and contour. Upon request, Bolide can be cast in bronze or aluminum, or carved from solid wood—each material lending its own weight and resonance to a form that remains, in every iteration, a statement of sculptural elegance and frozen movement
