MID-CENTURY MODERN COLLECTION

The MidCentury Modern collection by klove is inspired by the modernist metropolis Chandigarh. the dream city of India’s first Prime Minister, Chandigarh was planned by the ICONIC French architect Le Corbusier and urban designer Pierre Jeanneret. it is known as one of the best experiments in urban planning and modern architecture in the twentieth century in India. Honoring this magnificent city and its designers, the midcentury modern collection balances minimalist form with flawless technical execution

Like the city of Chandigarh itself, Each piece in the collection is distinctive in its tension between structure and fluidity, most clearly expressed in the juxtaposition of freeform glass and bold straight lines. The collection is handmade in India with the highest level of craftsmanship and traditional glassblowing techniques
